tvm-parent-container"><span dir="ltr">On June 23rd, 2026, we hosted the Final Project Meeting for the H2GEO project, which is coordinated by KOMAG. Representatives of all partners summarized the results achieved and discussed the final activities before the project’s conclusion. Participants also had the opportunity to visit selected KOMAG laboratories and familiarize themselves with the research infrastructure used in the project. The meeting took place in a very positive and constructive atmosphere, demonstrating the effective cooperation among the partners and the successful achievement of the project’s objectives.</span></span></p>

The meeting was hosted by the project partner Premogovnik Velenje d.o.o.</p>
<p>The meeting was attended by representatives of all consortium partners: the Institute of Fuel and Energy Technology (Project Coordinator), the KOMAG Institute of Mining Technology, the Central Mining Institute, VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, and Premogovnik Velenje d.o.o.</p>
<p>During the working session, the results achieved to date were presented, and the progress of individual project tasks was reviewed. Particular attention was paid to issues related to the final stage of project implementation and the preparation of project outcomes for their final evaluation.</p>
<p>The programme also included a technical visit to the Velenje Coal Mine, during which participants became familiar with the underground infrastructure and the solutions applied within the mining operation.</p>
<p>The meeting provided an opportunity to verify the developed solutions and exchange experiences among consortium partners. The discussions contributed to further refinement of the project outcomes and enhancement of the final results achieved within the HESS project.</p>
