Rescue hydraulic support made of light alloys

Summary:

In the work a detailed analysis of the present state of art as regards dimensioning of components of light structure of the rescue hydraulic support was conducted. The design and material concept was developed and the rescue support, which is the further studies object, was described.
Methodology and studies result were presented in the further part of work as well as the algorithm of procedure for the structure dimensioning and determination of critical parameters was specified. Auxiliary material and technological studies, indispensable for the rescue support functionality in extremely difficult mining conditions, were presented.
Also a description of analytical and laboratory studies, which were the basis for making the design calculation algorithm, together with laboratory verification and testing methodology, was given.
